This workshop has now moved to Tuesday 13th June.  A 90 minute introduction to reformer for those wishing to attend regular reformer classes.  Following this introductory session it will run as a regular Tuesday evening Absolute Beginners 60 minute class – 6.15 – 7.15 pm.  Cost of introductory 90 minute session – £25

Anyone wishing to join the class who did not attend the introductory session on 13th will need to book a ‘one to one getting started session’.

An introduction to Pilates Reformer and Large Equipment.

Limited to just 4 people this 90 minute session will introduce participants to the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac and Stability Chair.
