For 15 years Richard Greenwood has studied and practised many forms of energy work including Reiki, Crystal Healing and Shamanism.
Now Richard has developed an energy system called Crystal Breathing
Join Richard at Body Nurture for introduction to Crystal Breathing
Participants will be guided to utilise focused energy breathing with a chosen crystal group in order to attune with its vibration
£ 20 for a two hour course 2.00 pm – 4.00 pm on both Saturday 21st November AND due to popular demand Sunday 22nd November
