]]> In March Body Nurture will be offering 5 days of yoga – open to all and FREE OF CHARGE

If you are looking to get into a healthy morning routine, dust off the winter blues and be ready for Spring then these 45 minute ‘salute the sun’ sessions are for you!

The downside?  Well the ‘night owls’ might not appreciate the early start – but those of us who fall into the ‘lark’ category will love it!

When?

Mon 4th – Fri 8th March

What Time?

6.45 – 7.30 am

It will be first light around 6 am and sunrise will be around 6.50.  Rise with the sun as our ancestors did!

Cost?

FOC – however attendees will be invited to make a voluntary donation for charity

Who can attend?

Anyone – including beginners.  However this is a commitment to 5 straight days of yoga – so you have to attend all 5 days!  Come on – step out of your comfort zone!

Why?

My way of giving something back to The Universe and hopefully raising some money for charity.  (The group can decide which charity)

How do I book?

Simply email me and I’ll pop you on the list!  Limited to 6 places.
