This year’s event is divided into 4 sections – come to as many or few as you wish. Each section costs £5. Get yourself sponsored to sleep over at Body Nurture to raise more funds! (Forms available)

1. Evening – relax, eat and an early night with a lovely Yoga Nidra session

2. Sleep over – our studio becomes a dormitory. We have tried this out – and our Pilates reformers and mats are very comfy!

3. Dawn Yoga to celebrate the summer solstice – 4.45 am!

4. Breakfast – kindly supplied by Dan – client and neighbour of Body Nurture

Sue will be attending the Yoga Academy Yoga Garden Party in Kent on 26th July to present the funds raised to Simon Low.

Superb Italian food from Angelo’s and some glasses of bubbly, followed by a real chick flick – Mama Mia!

The evening was rounded off with some meditation and chanting before guests retired – snuggling down on Pilates reformers and yoga mats. Sue was up at 4.00 am to prepare for Yoga at Dawn (it’s what the bride to be requested!)

4.55 am saw Sam and her guests chanting The Gaitatri Mantra follwed by a one and a half hour practise.

Coffee at last at around 6.30 am, and a lovely breakfast of fruit and pastries.

A lovely way to start Sam’s wedding celebrations – and a super trial run for our Summer Solstice Event!
