Early Morning Yoga

Get your day off to a lively start with our 5 week Dawn Yoga Course

We start our practise in silence - or ‘mouna’ to help us to have better control over the expressions of the senses.

This hour long yoga session will leave you feeling energised and ready for your day.

Places limited – £10 per session.  Book as many or as few as you wish.
