Our dawn yoga (well not quite dawn – but still early!) runs for a few weeks every summer at Body Nurture

It’s a great start to the day – a fun and energising practise.  We start with the practise of Mouna (silence) – perfect for those who like to start their day quietly!

This year it will run for five weeks – every Wednesday morning in July.  6.00 am – 7.00 am.

There are 8 places available

If you already attend classes at Body Nurture  you can just book as you do your regular classes via the online system

You can choose to book anything between one and five classes
